Jason Carder

Worked in health and social care since the age of 16. Jay started his career as a nurse and has since then led projects in complex care. He is now coaching his knowledge of 30 years of experience.

Mark Reed

Operations Manager at Evolve Care Group and Director at Devon Care Homes Collaborative. Mark brings over 27 years of experience. Based in Bideford, UK, He has spent his career dedicated to creating inclusive environments for individuals with additional need and disabilities.

D Chaya

Ex-Oberoi-trainer, with 35+ years in global hospitality, She excels in the training of nursing alongside housekeeping, SOPs, marketing, sales, and business development. Her expertise extends to Operations Management and HR, including recruitment.

Admission Criteria and Process

We admit candidates to specific batches every 3 months on a first-come, first-served basis and encourage you to apply as early as possible. Although the program for overseas age care pre-entrant training has specific requirements regarding previous experience and education in Nursing or Age Care, enrollment is a selective process based on your eligibility check, documentation, and a qualifying interview via Zoom.

Enrollment and process

United Kingdom

  • Qualification: BSc Nursing, GNM, or ANM

  • Work Experience: Minimum 6 Months

  • Age Limit: 50 Years

  • English: Minimum UKVI IELTS 5 band or UK NARIC

Australia

  • Qualification: BSc Nursing or GNM

  • Work Experience: Minimum 2.5 Years

  • Age Limit: 45 Years

  • English: IELTS Band 5 or 6

Interview via Zoom with Ed2Careers and Enrollment confirmation

STEP 03: Start your E-Learning 

Social Care Overseas International Recruits and Social Care Pre-entrant Job Ready Training.

STEP 04: Live Training

Behavioral, Soft Skills Training and Interview Preparation via Zoom 

STEP 05: Join us at Artemis Hospital

Pre-entrant training for 10 days at Artemis Hospital Gurgaon.

Food and Accommodation Included.

STEP 06: Assessment & Graduation 

Pass the Pre-entrant training with 80% Marks and get access to potential employers in the Host country

STEP 07: Employer Interview and Employer Confirmation

Get your official offer letter within  2-3 Weeks

STEP 08: Start your Certificate of Sponsorship

If you are applying for Australia, Skill Assessment will be scheduled based on individual cases, after completing Overseas Age Care Pre-Entrant Training.

STEP 09: VISA Process
